Happy New Years! 2019

Our 5th midnight kiss together.we have always had a good time on NYE if you can’t tell! Lol

Brianna’s 24th Bday fiesta! This is one of my angel friends I was talking about! We kidnapped her and went to dinner and to get her nose pierced..yeah that night didn’t go as planned husbands were ticked off. Lol 

Christmas Eve/Day 2018

We had a nice relaxing Christmas and nobody had the flu this year (yay!) Christmas Eve service was candlelight and the kids put on a puppet show.

 We spent the night on Christmas Eve with Danes parents, we had Brayden this year so we had fun playing Santa. Here he is before bed eating a Katy cookie! My sister in law makes beautiful and tasty cookies.

I can’t remember what day we did Christmas with everyone since this was a few months ago so I’ll just include pics! 

Fa la la la

The same day we closed on our house I went to a progressive dinner at church!

 

It’s always a lot of fun we do appetizers at one house entree at the next and dessert and white elephant gift exchange back at the church! I’ve never played white elephant with more ruthless people than the ones at church! Lol 

I also had a girls night the first Saturday in our home, Christmas style! Dane woke up from being on nights and walked out and we were sitting in the living room with snacks and a Christmas movie playing. After he walked away we heard a transformer blow and we were without power! What a party pooper. We moved it to the back of my car. Me and Morgan hid in my closet to hide from Bri and shelbi and scare them haha it worked. 

Home for the holidays!

 Surprise! We bought our first house! We signed the papers December 14th but we stayed our first night the 13th. I was sooooo happy to put my tree up!! It was the first thing in the house.

 We signed the papers on our 4 year dating anniversary! We had been so stressed I didn’t even realize.

December 2018!

December! My favorite time of the year. I did lots of Christmas activities..from the Grinch movie and green pancakes at IHOP to our traditional Christmas on Main St in La Porte and Breakfast with Santa! I decided to take a much needed break from all this hormone and baby talk! As hard as it was I needed to do this for my peace of mind I really wanted to take in my favorite time of year!

Thanksgiving 2018!

November I took more hormones and was super upset when again my cute pregnancy announcement didn’t work out! I had wanted to say the prayer before we ate dinner with our family and very sneakily at the end say “this year me and Dane are extra thankful to be adding two little feet to the family! Amen” so on thanksgiving morning I took a test and it was negative..bummer. I was very emotional and had a mini meltdown at my moms house but otherwise had a nice time with my other babies!

New Mexico and spooky hormones! 2018

October was a busy month! Me and my mom took a road trip to New Mexico and had a blast! Longest drive ever wasn’t sure I was gonna make it! I remember hoping I would be able to announce my pregnancy as a surprise to this side of the family during our trip. I lived in NM for less than 6 months when I was 19 and they’re all so special to me, I was also saved at a Calvary chapel in NM this time of year when I lived there so I just love the fall in NM. But I am addicted to dions pizza and thought it would be adorable to pick one up on the way to their house and when they open the pizza box it say something to the effect of “baby tibbetts” or “eat up my mommy doesn’t wanna be the only one with a belly!” But no such luck. Enjoyed my trip anyways! We relaxed and spent a lot of time with family had dions pizza more than once ate green chili everything..went to church where we also had green chili bagels with green chili cream cheese. We went on a hike and attempted to go to the hot air balloon festival but the traffic was horrible we couldn’t get there! But we still got to see lots of balloons while waiting. Something we noticed while driving is that TX cows are funny and silly and run and stand on hills buck like bulls lol the NM cows were much more serious and far less entertaining. One of the most hilarious parts was when we noticed we finally were in NM we wanted to stop and take a pic well we passed the sign so we turned around only to take a pic on the wrong side of the sign! HA so we walked back to the border! (The other side of the sign) lol

We got home from NM and I was so happy to be back in TX with my husband and Paisley! I missed my fur baby. The week I got home I had a banquet to go to for the Pregnancy Resource Center, I learned about them from my church and someone from church invited me to sit at their table. I love the PRC I've volunteered there several times before and I just believe in everything they do to try and spread Gods word and prevent women from feeling like abortion is their only option. So we had beautiful flowers and tables the food was delicious and the guest speaker was FANTASTIC! She obviously spoke about abortion and her testimony and it was just amazing I wouldn't be able to recreate her story if I tried, so I wont. But to say it moved me and made me all emotional since we're trying so hard to get pregnant, would be an understatement.

 So I caught up from being gone went back to work and got back in routine. Then time for my spooky hormones! I take the progesterone for 10 days and then have my cycle...so the hormones are reallllly flowing. I felt crazy several times..thought I had literally lost my mind. But we went to lots of Ella's soccer games and I got lots of Eva lovins' so it was helpful to remind me why I'm putting myself through all this mess...the prize at the end!

 I had lots of fall activities this year! I worked a booth at Church and spent lots of cozy nights with one of my best friends Brianna! I'll introduce my best friends in another post later! They're my angels.

Me and my MIL (mother in love) Pam went to the pumpkin patch with Brayden and Jaelyn (baby jojo) and that girl is so serious she wouldn't smile for anything! But we assume she had a great time!

Next was mine and Dane's anniversary! October 24th 2015. Another reason I love the fall! So this made our 3rd year! We went to one of our favorite places to celebrate TX roadhouse! I love their steak and green beans. I called ahead and had a special dessert delivered to our table after dinner. Dane got me beautiful opal necklace and earrings and I got him a new wedding band, I've always wanted him to have a nice one and this year we could afford it!

We normally go to Dane's best friend Dakotas house on Halloween but he wasn't home in 2018 so me and Dane didn't do much of anything that night, other than wait to receive pics of our nieces and nephew and best friends children all dressed up! Besides after a crazy month of emotions I wasn't so excited for the anything spooky lol I had a witching month!
