Roses Tulips and Tibbetts: October 2023

Saturday night Dane and I went to Perry's steakhouse for our 8th anniversary. We tried to take a pic before we left and this is how it went

My mom watched the babies.

We got to our table and had roses

We got yummy bread and butter. Dane made fun of me because I picked up the bread and did a skit from the Disney ratatouille movie lol

Omgggggg the pork skewers were the best pork I've ever had

We both got filet mignon topped with crabmeat and Dane tasted the asparagus. He didn't like it but he tried lol and Dane got an amazing wedge salad

Rocky road bread pudding for dessert....it was soooo good and for free for our anniversary

Sunday more anniversaries! We had a family lunch for Pam and Karl

Carolina was so funny putting crayons up her nose! I don't know where she got this idea she's never done it before but it was hilarious

I baked a total of 3 cakes. Paisley jumped up and ate the back half of my chocolate cake off the counter when it was cooling soooo I took that ones to my moms the night they babysat!

I guess they're doing this mental health awareness week instead of red ribbon?? Lol I'm aware of red ribbon week but this was news to me

Monday- pajama day!

Monday daddy got off in time to go get beaus first haircut!

I'm not used to his hair yet! I miss that long straight baby hair in the front. But it was in his eyes constantly

Tuesday was wear red

Carolina had a great day! They had a fire safety presentation

YALL. I can't believe my child's level of participation!! And she's letting someone touch her and put stuff on her like WHAT?!?

I could cry. It's the little things that make me so proud of her.

When I got to the school for pick up I saw the man and so I got out of my car and gave him a hug and told him I saw pictures of him with my daughter and how much I appreciate him donating his time. I got so emotional and was crying and explained to him that Carolina usually doesn't participate well. He asked who was my daughter and I showed him a picture and he got so excited and said she was the best. I got back in the truck and got Carolina from her teacher and he came across the parking lot to talk to her and she gave him a high-five. And she waved bye and said bye to him.

Wednesday was workout day and these dumb shoes left blisters on my baby! I'm thankful her teacher took them off and let her be barefoot. They were too small with socks so I took them off and they fit perfect. So I thought!

Thursday- super hero day! Carolina was a ninja turtle because we don't do superheroes in this house and it's all we could find. I don't like spending money on one time things

I walked in on this after school that day. Pretending to give horsey ride

I didn't notice until later that was Carolina's naked booty lol

Friday dress fabulous!

Her and her little friends were so cute! They all had on tulle or velvet dresses standing in front of the school. I hope her teacher got a pic of them together.

Friday when I picked her up we went to the pumpkin patch because we needed a pumpkin for the party we were going to and for them to paint for Halloween

I was sweating and exhausted by time we left! Chasing a 1 and 3 year old by yourself at a pumpkin patch is a lot of work lol

Saturday, Halloween party! Our woody was so cute!! I can't even. I'm glad I got these adorable pics because you never know who's gonna be in a mood the day of Halloween

Pretty girl Monday morning! We got a cold front Sunday night and when we walked out for school Carolina said "OHHH NOOOO!" And was yelling and pointing at the sky. She finally found someone she can't command, the weather!
