Thanksgiving with Danes family 

Carolina loved playing with all of her cousins and did so good! Beau fell asleep when with how loud all the girls were lol

They were being EXTRA uncooperative!

Beaus shirt was the cutest thing I'd ever seen for him! 

The old wives tale says this means they're looking for a sibling. Carolina was doing it before I found out I was pregnant with beau. I told Dane he better watch out because they were both doing it hahaha 

Beaus obsessed with aunt Katy's Mac n cheese 

We made a turkey headband! 

Turkey footprints! I had made some when they were babies but wanted to redo them on a white hanging canvas. Beaus were on burlap and Carolina's were on a flat canvas that doesn't hang 

Carolina and Beau were playing lions and Carolina scratched the CRAP out of beau! I was furious and I know it hurt so bad. She knew she was in trouble. It scarred for a long time it has just now started fading some (feb 2025) 

Then Carolina threw a socket across the garage and happened to nail him in the head. She was NOT having a good time this day! 

I stayed busy making my cousin georgias homemade yeast rolls, uncle pawpaw had requested them for thanksgiving 

Thanksgiving morning! Watching the Macy's parade and Carolina said - mommy I wanna go there! I don't know how to get there. Hmmm. A car??? 

They played outside with our neighbor. It was a chilly morning

My cousin came for thanksgiving at the yellow house 

Growing up my nana and papa always had looney tune ornaments on their multicolor tree. Brittni moved here with her small toddlers when I was still in high school and my nana gave her ornaments for the kids. I had mentioned that now that I had kids and her kids were older I'd love to have some if she didn't mind! She brought  few over and the kids were happy looking at them after we got home! It was nostalgic for me.

Nov 15th while Carolina was at school I took Beau to Pam's house to hang out on the driveway. They were having a garage sale! Well there are a couple stray cats there Pam and Karl feed. I don't like cats I never pay attention to them but Pam has sent me pics of beau holding binks (binky cat) and told me stories. This day, beau kept picking him up while I was there. They got close to the steps and I told beau to leave the cat alone. Beau didn't listen and went to pet binks and binks stood on his back legs and boxed beaus ears! 

I was furious. To this day if I see the cat I throw stuff at him or spray him with the water hose. Dane told me to kill him! Good thing he wasn't there 

Pam's neighbor is an RN so I took him down the street and she told me which ointments to put on him. I also sent the pedi a message. Beau kept crying "binky hit me!" He was definitely traumatized and cried so hard 

But daddy sure did show up and bring beau a prize from Lowe's! 

Nov 16th we very last min bought Disney on ice tickets for the same night. We had a blast!

They were dancing and signing all the songs! We saw frozen and encanto. Encanto was the best in my opinion! The special effects were amazing! There was fire on the ice and flowers from the ceiling and a couple of booty shaking donkeys! 

Special appearances at intermission 

Beau said it was too loud! We sat next to the sound system and I agree it was too loud 

Everyone crashed on the way home 

Spending lots of time with Jaelyn before she goes home!

Nov 20th I picked Carolina up early for Christmas pics 

Nov 21 beau and I took sissy lunch! 

Then we visited nana! Beau LOVES nana  

Nov 22 was the last day before Thanksgiving break and I volunteered for field day! 

Carolina happened to be calendar helper that week so I got to see her in action that morning! 

She refused to wear her purple shirt with the rest of the class and her teacher told me not to push it. Here they were cheering on a classmate! Lol

She only wanted to do this with mommy but I encouraged to do it on her own on the way back 

It was a lot of fun watching her with her classmates and how she interacts at school! I wish I could be there all the time! There's not much to volunteer for that is directly with her class. 

Beau helped bake cookies with nana 

We took mawmaw some breakfast to work Saturday morning

We spent a beautiful day outside
