30 weeks:

Holy cheeks!

The high risk dr found a second placenta at my appt! Uhhhh of course I have that! It’s likely the cause of my diabetes. In the beginning of my pregnancy we joked around and called her “the twins” well now I’m wondering if she was going to be a twin!

31 weeks:

Princess Carolina June

Princess baby decided to move on camera since she had her crown

We got our maternity photos done right before I turned 32 weeks! We stopped to see missy jo on the way

We asked my amazing cousin Brittni and her husband to be Carolinas god parents that day ! They gladly accepted.

Also at 32 weeks I celebrated my first Mother’s Day!

I was spoiled with breakfast from Dane, adorable bow sandals from nana and a VS gift card from my mom and cash from my MIL!

Ok delivery update:

even though my weight and sugar levels have been maintained Carolina June had a big growth spurt. When I saw her at 30 weeks she weighed 3 pounds 8 oz which was perfect and on track. When I went back to check on her at 34 weeks she weight 6 pounds 2 oz, she was in the 97th percentile with mainly her belly being big and they brought up possible c section because I have a small frame and they were worried about her not being able to pass the birth canal without either breaking her collar bone or shoulder or breaking my pelvis or ending up in an emergency c section anyways! So they said come back at 37 weeks we’ll make a for sure decision. At 37 weeks she was 7 pounds 8 oz! A whole baby as I like to call her! My official DD was June 29th, two weeks before Danes birthday. He has always hoped I would have her on his birthday and now since we were planning a c section with dr faro I told her the date and she agreed! Dane was so excited. I think it’s funny that he named her, she’s being born on his bday and she looks just like daddy in ultrasounds- can you say daddy’s girl?!? So Carolina June is to be unwrapped on June 18th 2020 🎀🧁 happy birthday daddy!
