Nana Nutmeg

 This week we helped my Nana decorate for Christmas. We started with her tree and did some arrangements around the living room! I plan to go back and do her kitchen cabinets- we’ll  see! Carolina enjoyed the lights and Nana enjoyed little Carolina. 

She was having a problem spitting up! I had to change her three times to get out the door only for her to spit up in her car seat lol 

I think she loved her feet as much as she did the tree

The next day I decked her out in Christmas! We are not doing Christmas at our house yet but I figured might as well wear it at nanas! 

We did a little photo shoot in front of the tree- obviously right??

She loves this book my mom got her! 

Ok Thursday was one of the worst days of my mama life! It started out with her in a good mood after pooping in our bed lol but I laid her in her crib to play while I went to switch laundry around. The laundry was ALL tangled and it took me about 10 minutes. I opened the door to a BLOOD CURDLING SCREAM I panicked and instantly knew something was wrong and ran to her room and found my baby’s poor chunky thigh stuck in the bars of the crib 😢 I maneuvered her out and just held her until she calmed down she cried and whimpered for 10 minutes. When she was okay I wanted to look at her leg and make sure it was okay. She gave me a smile and then mommy lost all her adrenaline and I started crying like sobbing!

 

I felt horrible and so sad for my baby. I called my mom but she was sleeping and didn’t answer so I called nana and could barely talk I was crying so hard. She immediately volunteered to come over! I felt much better after seeing nana and Carolina loves nana too. I told my nana I was wondering where I went wrong and decided it was a mistake to put her down and I’ll never do it again haha. Right after this pic she leaned over too much and bumped her sweet cheek. Mom fail everywhere today bless her little heart. 

Baby girl was a little happy and sat in the kitchen with me that afternoon when I needed my extra coffee to keep me going. Rough day = caffeine 

Saturday we took family pics I’ll post later! Beforehand we went bu the neighborhood cook off!

And Sunday we went to gringos for lunch and I dipped her paci in queso 🤣 I think she liked it.

Sunday evening we went for a golf cart ride and stopped by Danes moms and the poor little biscuit cut her nose on a teething toy! She had blood bc it was right by the little membrane in her nose. Got home and she clawed her foot where she’s been holding them and was bleeding on her changing table! GIRLFRIEND!!
