Valentines week

 It got super cold here in TX which kinda put a crank in our Valentine’s Day get up lol I’m talking fleece lined pjs and hats 

She totally fell asleep in the car without us knowing on the way to my moms for dinner Sunday night lol we opened the door and saw her and we were both like uhhhh what do we do now haha we opted to just take her inside because we had already unloaded the car 

Hanging with my MawMaw for super bowl Sunday! I don’t even know who played y’all. Just here for the snacks. Monday morning we shot up got ready and picked up nana Nutmeg to go pick up a jumper we found for sale for way cheaper than retail! I took it to nanas house and cleaned it all up. Carolina approves

 I had a toothache that just wasn’t going away so I went to the dentist. I knew I would need something done because I didn’t go to the dentist while pregnant -(well once for a toothache that ended up being a sprain? Weird. But I was like 10 weeks) and now Carolina is almost 8 months old. So that’s a while. Anyways baby girl stayed with nana! The dentist took FOREVER! First I went to the wrong location and then I had to wait like 2.5 hours to even see the dr. When I eventually did I learned I need a root canal wommmmpppp! He said he could do it then but one I’ve been away from my baby almost 4 hours at this point and two I’m not mentally prepared for this lol 

But enough about me- Carolina was a good baby for nana as expected but wouldn’t take a bottle which shocked me! She didn’t eat the whole time I was gone. She would push the bottle away nana said. She took a nice nap on nanas chest and uncle pawpaw helped out some too! She looked so cute! This was the only day warm enough for her to wear this 

Krogering in our matching hoodie set! Then we went to nanas house to help clean up before aunt chylon comes to town 

She’s all over the place these days! Never where I leave her backing up across the room, under couches and table and in corners by my curtains lol 

Thursday I started feeling so sick with what I assume is allergies because mine are pretty severe and I have certain symptoms that always pinpoint it’s allergies. But I cleaned allllll day getting ready for this special girls SPECIAL DAY on Sunday- her dedication! 

Go to get coffee and come back to this! All day everyday! Daddy got off work early Friday and this worked out perfect because I was supposed to go to the store to get food for Sunday...it was STUPID cold like 40 degrees and wet and windy! So she stayed home with dada while me and my mil went to HEB and Walmart because you can never get anything in one store lol she refused a bottle for daddy too but when I got home he had her laying on the bed with him and was attempting to give her one when she saw me she got so excited and had milk all over her face and just shook her head back and forth smiling 

Getting that good sleep! Mama took a nap with her 

We took our little monkey to see aunt chylon! It was soooo cold! 

Saturday we rested as much as possible and prepped for her dedication brunch on Sunday/ Valentine’s Day! I’m going to have to scramble tonight to put together our outfits...I wasn’t planning on an Arctic blast! 

It’s going to be 37 degrees with a low of 25. About to call up the northern states and let them know their weather is down here in Texas drunk in our front yard lol I’m gonna end the post here and make a separate one for her special day. But Carolina June had her first big girl bath! 02.13.21
