All about Junie

 

Terrific twos. I love this age so much. She brings me so much joy I love her more each day with a deep deep love! She is a sponge for knowledge. A light of creativity. A burst of laughter. A ball of energy. Finding her voice expressing her opinions trying out her braveness in the world around her. She loves to dance and she mimics moves from the tv and what I do. Sometimes I catch her dancing in the backseat to music. She is a crazy climber and her curiosity is always getting the best of her. She loves to un decorate and redecorate the Christmas tree. She has some serious conversations in her precious jabber voice that we don’t understand yet but she’s trying hard. She loves all animals and when she recognizes one she does the noise. She gives me hugs and kisses night night. When I take her diaper off she goes and lays on the floor and waits on me to put her new one on. She assists us and getting her dressed and loves to dress up in my clothes and scarves and shoes. She takes her vitamins off the floor like a little puppy. She can buckle the top buckle of her car seat. She likes going bye bye but has started getting car sick. She tells me bye bye and waves when daddy takes her somewhere. 

She seriously amazes me everyday. Something has snapped in my JuneBug and she is thirsting for knowledge!! She is doing the nursery rhymes “open shut them” “5 little ducks” “itsy bitsy spider” “wheels on the bus” “rocket ship” she is blowing kisses, waving bye bye, giving high fives. I can now ask her to do something like pick up the phone or go find your puppy. She understands actions like jump/sit/lay down/stomp. She loves dancing with her Mickey Mouse friends. She pretends to count things even though she doesn’t know numbers.

And even some words she can’t say yet she is working on sounding out the letters 💜

My next goal for her is to work on identifying body parts. But she is a little rockstar and I give her ALL the credit she has worked so hard 🌟
