Bluebonnets 2023

 The unexpected blessing I needed!!! I will cherish this photo all of my days. 

Carolina June got bluebell ice cream when we took her bluebonnet photos, daddy wanted his boy to have whataburger. 

This one is going on a canvas 🧡

As you can see I haven’t decided on an editing style! This one is pretty dramatic I wouldn’t print this way but I do like it. 

Mama is no photographer but I did my best and we drove 3 different times in all directions to finally get these. From Hitchcock to Livingston to Rob Fleming park in the woodlands. It worked out when Carolina was his age that Brittni took her photos but that just didn’t work out this time. It may not be on the professional level of her photography but it was time well spent with my babies a beautiful day at the park and a memory I can hang on my wall. So I guess what I’m saying is don’t mess with TEXAS….or my kids Texas MAMA.

The busiest boy! We are officially out of the phase of laying on the ground for a picture. 

And he is completely obsessed with these stickers! I think his hair is going to be curly, it flips like daddy and sisters.

Beau Michael is 24lb 4oz. He has 2 teeth working on 2 more and this BUSY boy is taking steps that are more like fast leaps!! Beau loves to smile and laugh. He is such a happy baby. He loves his mommy milk. He has figured out how to blow raspberries on me and thinks it’s so funny! He’s infatuated with his big sister. He plays peekaboo! He loves phones remotes and coffee cups. He’s had a hard time with food everything gags him lately even though he wants to eat what we’re eating. He is our mister sunshine boy ☀️ 

He’s gonna be running on these sweet feet by 11 months

Easter 2023

 ‘‘Twas a week before Easter and all through the house not a creature was well not even a mouse! Both my babies got so sick the week of Easter. And it has drug onnnnnn and on! Double ear infection for Carolina nasty sinus problems for beau and lots of puking from both! We cancelled Easter with my family because we were going to do it with them at our house and Dane was going to cook but it was too much stress after a full week of no sleep and sick children and they still were not on the mend. We did take them to Danes side the Saturday before Easter because Dane was boiling crawfish and shrimp so we couldn’t bail on them and I didn’t want to be left home with two sick babies and no help for the 6th day in a row so even though they still weren’t their best we hopped on over. 

We came home and they took almost a 4 hour nap and everyone was much happier! Easter morning we were able to go church. We were there for an hour during worship and baptisms but the kids just couldn’t hang longer than that 

Not me dying laughing and digging for my camera to take pictures of him wrangling these two in church instead of helping! Bahahaha. 

Easter baskets from nanny and papa since they didn’t feel good yesterday. We stayed for lunch and mommy went home to get this war zone of a house together after a week of neglect

“Hunting eggs” Carolina just either doesn’t get it or doesn’t care! Maybe when she’s 3 lol 

The Easter bunny came while they were napping! It looks like Carolina has more and she probably does since she can eat candy but actually beaus basket is a lot rounder so his stuff just falls down to the bottom and you can’t see it 

They both got shoes for Easter and Carolina’s are propping little goodies up while he had his on his feet today since he has such fat baby feet and no shoes lol 

And sorry not sorry that I already took down Easter decor! Lol while I was cleaning it had to go. 

Carolina didn’t want to open her basket. Maybe when she’s 4 LOL seriously don’t know why I bother. 

Beau had a good time and loved his book

The Monday after Easter we took Easter treats to her class. She had to miss her party because she was throwing up every time we got in the car and beau was feeling awful. They got bunny smores
