Happy New Year!

 Helllllooooo 2025! How is it possible I'm going to have a five year old this year?! And a kindergartner! Time is the enemy! 

New Year's Eve 

I decided to do a toddler countdown that would end at 8PM. We set a timer for each hour and when the time went off they go to open the bag!

I loved how sparkly and pretty these pics turned out and I loved the different views! I couldn't choose.

The first timer went off at five pm and it was little champagne flutes for an apple juice toast 

Carolina put on her cute pjs and was walking around with her pink flute glass and couldn't nobody tell her NOTHING! She thought she was something special 

6PM timer! Fancy gold chocolates after dinner 

This was definitely beaus favorite 

7PM was an accidental bust! This confetti bomb did not work we just had to stab it open and sprinkle confetti! But Dane brought home sparklers 

8PM 🕗 

PARTY HATS! 

The last event of the night was a balloon drop! 

I love my little family! I love to make special memories for them. Anything can be special. 

Happy 2025! 

We decided to spent the first day of the year at the zoo! Well everyone else had the same idea! Took us so long to park I thought my husband was gonna leave. We ended up taking our chances at the park across the street and walking to the zoo. 

Beau really liked the cow they had! It was some kind of longhorn 

Carolina was most excited to find a hippo! Our zoo hasn't had one theirs got sick and passed away. Carolina was the one that found the hippo, we almost missed it! She's been saying she wants a purple hippo party for her bday! 

They had different hours for zoo lights and we decided last minute we would leave and go to the park and eat and come back when they opened to see the lights! It was amazing! I enjoyed it as an adult probably more than my kids did. When we were eating at the park there were ugly ducks all over the place like the red evil looking ones! Dane and the kids thought it was funny to feed them and have them close to the table! I moved further away lol 

 Carolina loved everything and loved this huge deer! We were leaving and she said "oh my gosh that's AWESOME!!" Beau was excited to run around. We stopped and got Carolina a stuffed hippo on the way out, perfect! And Beau picked binoculars.
