Roses Tulips and Tibbetts: Week 2 & 3!

Ok so this was hysterical. Dane was bouncing Carolina on his belly and she was crossing her eyes and going crazy!

Two weeks old! MawMaw accompanied us to Carly girls two week appointment! I was happy to fit into my pre pregnancy clothes! I dropped like 20 pounds already and I gained exactly that while pregnant!

Baby girl was officially above birth weight at a little over 8 pounds! Yay for all mommy’s milk!!! I haven’t used formula since my milk came in at one week postpartum.

Baby’s first holiday- 4th of July!! I have so been looking forward to spending my favorite holiday with her!! It was even more exciting to me since while pregnant I knew she would be here the next time I watched fireworks!

She met the parkers for the first time today! It was fun being around family and seeing her with her cousins…Eva Brynn thought her tiny baby toes were so funny.

Me and Katy always joke how hard it is to get a group picture of the kids and now I added one to the mixture! She’s pretty cooperative for now haha

Everyone could not get over how my baby slept through all the noise. Eva brynn was a horrid sleeper when she was born and Katy was jealous lol I decided to add salt to the wound later and send her pics of my baby sleeping through fireworks with her beloved Sophie

We went home because it was insane. Quarantine has made people crazy. We almost got run over by a cop running a stop sign FULL SPEED with no lights or sirens. Oh well we needed some sleep anyways

Being this cute is exhausting

So this happened….I put my two week old to sleep in a 0-3 month sleeper tonight!!!

I just held her close to my chest and cried and cried and Dane asked what was wrong I said “I don’t want her to grow up” he said “she has to” and I feel like that’s the saddest part it’s happening before my very eyes and there’s nothing I can do about it!

The only good news about growing is that she is big enough to wear POLKA DOT PUPPY!

Nana came to visit us and of course agreed

We got out for the first time on our own just for a sonic drink! It felt good to be behind the steering wheel lol

We went next door for our neighbors birthday we didn’t stay long and I sat away from everyone because I was still nervous about having her around people!
