 Christmas toes 🎄

Got a much needed pedicure lol but also took Carolina shopping at bucees for the first time! My sweet little shopping buddy 

Hehehehe she loves her little tongue, so do I! 

That moment you realize your baby is smiling for the selfie and you start laughing 

Hehehe none of those bags are for baby but it’s a funny pic! Those are actually mommy’s Christmas presents 

But not to worry, mommy bought the baby a prize!

 Then we went to eat lunch at Cracker Barrel! I love to shop there too actually but it’s really sad they don’t have ANY Christmas stuff set out. Covid sucks! But they did still have the restaurant part decorated pretty! 

Tuesday with nana Nutmeg 

Mom life is always looking a mess and your baby to the nines! That’s ok, I can’t blame motherhood I’ve always been the hot mess express! She makes me look good 

We spent from 8:30 AM to 6 PM over there! It was great and she took good naps and had such a good time and I loved spending time with my nana and talking. I asked a lot of questions about family I never met and tried to learn about our family tree and stuff about my pawpaw peewees family. Once our elders are gone there’s so much FAMILY HISTORY and eventually it dies with them if nobody cares enough or thinks to ask

My nana actually mentioned she knows nothing about her parents wedding! Where they got married who was there what kind of wedding...and there’s nobody alive to tell her and she never thought to ask her mother. Anyways, that night we went to look at a house! Bundled up this baby when we got there since you can’t have something this thick in the car seat 

She reminds me of Randy from a Christmas story, when his mother bundles him up and he can’t put his arms down hahaha 

Wednesday we made some Christmas footprint art to send with our Christmas cards! Not all of the footprints were this clean 🤣 who’s idea was it to do this 20+ times?! 

That night we went krogering for mamas coffee they only have it there...I prefer HEB but I love my coffee and was desperate for a good cup! The face you make when you have a blowout on aisle 7 

That’s one good thing about everyone wearing masks! 

We tried going Christmas shopping to get the baby something but it was an ugly day so we just ate at stomps and hung out at my moms. Carolina was so good! I can’t even with that face! 

Baby wanted to eat too when we left! 

Sunday we went to a new church after we had surprise breakfast tacos at my moms that uncle pawpaw made lol  and I loved it! VERY kid/baby friendly and nobody blinked an eye when I nursed her and of course I used a cover. Church is exhausting with a baby but I am determined to raise her up right and being at a church with a pastor who doesn’t expect porcelain children is awesome. He said children are a sign of life and introduced himself to us and told me it was ok if she made noises. 

Oh you know, just watching tv!
