Roses Tulips and Tibbetts: Clean up!

Since we found out we’re having a BOY!

My main goal has been cleaning out the spare room which is the catch all room. Stores all of the things we don’t know what to do with and all of my crafting stuff which was overflowing. The day after our gender reveal I went to work. I WISH I had taken a picture. But three closets all full. Room where you can hardly see the floor. I got creative with storage in other parts of the house, we had a car full of donations and a huge bag and boxes of trash. We painted the room and the pink wall in her room in one day

We decided to paint her room all one color the same as the rest of the house. Her favorite color may not be pink one day and I don’t want to have to paint over any walls again. After the painting took place the next day when it was dry I started moving her clothes over. Then my in laws brought an extra crib they had it was white and I wanted to use it in her room. We got it set up. Then everything moved QUICKLY. There was no reason for her to sleep in her old room anymore because all of her things were in her new room! Her first night sleeping in her new room and new bed

But she did like my old dolls I got out of the closet for her. They were from my first doll house. There’s mommy and daddy and baby Garrett and Megan! She’s gonna have to rename the babies for her and bubba now

When she woke up we rode to nanny’s house and she liked talking to all the blow ups in the yard

She always climbs in the dollhouse. One day she’s gonna get her head stuck and we’re gonna have to call the fire department lol

Time to see SANTA! Everything was fine and dandy leading up to the big moment. She was looking around at all the people and lights and the high school Chatos dancing

It’s her turn! I knew exactly what was gonna happen when I sat her in Santa’s lap and did it anyways!

When I grabbed her back I was cracking up and Santa told me I was a mean mama I said “I know! Put me on the naughty list!” Lol here is one of Carolinas creative creations I found.

I wanted a picture of Carolina with her daddy dressed as Santa. He’s got the suit and I think it will be so sweet over the years watching her grow and him age to really look like Santa lol . But I did NOT think she was gonna cry!
