Book character day, Halloween party and house decor!

October 20th we went to our besties Halloween party! 

My friend is so talented and she made Ellie's costume 

Carolina enjoyed the poke the pumpkin game and the yogurt strawberries 

My mini with her big brown eyes! They're so beautiful. She got them from her mama who got them from her mama! She keeps saying she wants blue eyes like daddy.

Halloween books 

We had a school conference with Carolina teacher that I was beyond excited for! Some parents might dread them but I want to know everything I can I feel so left out. She is fitting into class perfectly. She's pretty quiet but she has her paired with some sweet girls at her table and they all mother her and take care of her. Her teacher however did want to let me know Carolina punched a boy in the stomach (he did something to her first I don't remember what but she punched him!) she wasn't in trouble but she didn't want to apologize and her teacher said "but you have to" and then Carolina turned on the waterworks and wanted MOMMY! She apologized. Her teacher smiled and laughed when she told me because she said even though she can't have her hitting that she was glad that Carolina was fitting in and holding her own! She was just a normal 4 year old. She also laughed and said she told her para helper "how is it that the prissy girl with the prettiest dress and Lacey black socks and big bow punch s boy in the stomach?!" LOL we did talk to her and let her know it wasn't okay to hit. 

A shorter haircut for beau and it made his curls really tight! 

They insisted on drinking out of soup cups at the yellow house after school 

We had a busy day! We visited mawmaw at work 

Then we met Ellie for lunch 

Then a REPTILE which I loathe got in the house! It fell off the front door when we came in. I got a bowl and tried to catch it but it was fast and ran all the way down the hall to the bathroom. I did everything to try and get it to go out the window and it wouldn't it was just stunned! And I was NOT going to touch it. I ended up killing it by spraying it with a bunch of chemicals! 

We FaceTimed nana and she laughed the whole time 

I asked beau if he would get it because he kept telling me "mommy catch it mommy!" And I said no I don't want to you do it and he said "no I'm too scared!" 

Carolina came home with chocolate to sell. It was the cutest thing. "Chocolate chocolate! $3 a bar!" "You got money???"

He brought me this tractor because I was asking him about his new big boy room and he said "mommy wait I show you" 

Rainbow fish for book character day! October 24th was also mine and Danes 9th anniversary but we were leaving to go out of town for little nanny's funeral the next day so we were busy making preparations and decided to float it.
