Bye bye June!

Aunt NayNay gave beau a marker makeover 

Pretty little sticker color activity the kids enjoyed 

Dane took Carolina to swim one evening while beau slept and I party prepped 

So Carolina sees this picture on the car seat of a "baby" and gets major attitude and tells me in a matter of fact manner that she is NOT a baby and that car seats are for baby and she thinks she doesn't have to sit in one anymore! She pays attention to the little things lol

23rd was party day which will get its own post 

They enjoyed playing with all their new toys the next day 

I also rearranged to make them a play room after the party 

Lots of picnics 

We got out of the house Tuesday for library 

I was frying potatoes and Carolina was crying and carrying on and finally she said "no mommy. Knife sharp, hurt make cry" and would NOT let go of a potato. She carried it around all evening. 

But sure did eat the one I wasn't able to save 

More summer swim nights ☀️

Carolina of course always tells us she's staying at nanas when we try to leave. But it was so funny because for the first time randomly beau announced"I stay Dad" 

So one night without me knowing Pam and Carolina were playing and Pam told Carolina she needed to go milk a cow. So Carolina comes to the living room and tells me to get on the floor and tells me I'm a cow. So unsuspecting I get down to pretend to be a cow. Well then Carolina puts a pail underneath me and starts pretending to MILK ME! We ALL died laughing. Long live the dairy queen.

We ran into these girls at gringos 💗🌵🌮

She has been so gracious with beau about sharing my attention, ever since he was born. But one day when beau was hogging me this summer she said "Mommy I need you." My heart SHATTERED! It's the first time she's really expressed jealousy and she also started saying "hold you hold you!!" Wanting us to carry her around again. She has gotten heavy, but there will be a last time I pick her up one day and I'll do it as long as she wants me!

I bought me and Dane a fancy dinner 

I wanted a pic of them in their matching puppy pjs they got from aunt Katy but they wouldn't cooperate!

Happy June 29th! Lol we had an early 4th celebration with Danes nanny 

Carolina's always slow to warm up around the squeaky squealy Parker girls! 

I think this was the last time we saw nanny. She went home to be with Jesus in late September. 

June 30th I took Carolina to see her first movie! We saw inside out 2 and it was incredible! Disney girl for life 💙

She did amazing and sat in her chair almost the entire movie. Even towards the end she stood up but still wasn't misbehaving or wandering off. Couldn't wait to take her again! 

We stopped at buccees on the way home and did some shopping
