Beaus 3rd birthday 🚒💛🚓

There were bags for piñata candy which I forgot about and also kept asking Dane to hang and he kept getting distracted lol police and fire hats and a fire truck cup

I'm glad I got these pics before the party because they had been chomping at the bit to get in the pool and they hardly ever got back out!

Carolina is more like mommy and is fearful. She kept trying and couldn't go through with it. I told her I would go with her when we got in the pool

I had to plead with them to get out and eat something!!

I also had to beg for them to come do cake 

Then we got distracted eating cake and they all ended up in the pool again soooooo I had to plead with beau to do presents lol I wasn't sure what to do, beau was very bashful being the center of attention and wasn't getting excited about his gifts, which made me feel bad for the people who picked his presents. But I offered to open at home and he said no that he wanted me to open them. I apologized and our family and friends didn't seem to mind 

We tried to put this wagon together so he would realize what it was and a wheel was missing! Oops lol 

He loves dressing up and especially loves police officers and telling us "you're under arrest!" They run around at home saying "bad boy bad boy whatcha gonna do when they come for you" haha it's so cute 

He asked me to get him dressed but didn't want anyone to see him 

We finally got the piñata up! 

Carolina was very happy to take the head off lol

When more people left mommy quit hosting and got in the pool! We had an incident though...I felt HORRIBLE! Carolina asked me to go down the slide when I was in the pool for 2 mins. I knew she really wanted to. When we got on top she freaked out but I told her close your mouth and hold your nose we're gonna go! I thought she would realize it's fun and didn't want her to miss out because of fear. She had wanted to all day. Well we went under water shortly and she had her mouth wide open screaming. She coughed a bunch and cried that her tummy hurt so we got out. My mind went to the most dramatic place- dry drowning. I was so worried about her all night. 

My fearless boy. I was done with the slide after Carolina's incident so I told beau all done and he kept getting on and smiling at me saying "it's for my birthday party!" 

Beau was a hot mess with his hat and float and lawn mower lol 

He kept telling me "I had fun with you in the pool mommy!" "I had a good birthday party" "I had fun with you"

Beaus party turned out great and the best part was the wonderful time he had and that he appreciated it. Countdown to 3 is ON 🏎️🏁
