It's the little things....we bought the kids big bath towels. Weve been using the baby hooded towels since Carolina was born. She was definitely outgrown them and beau is almost as big as her. So now we have burrito babies in big towels
I love these little hands peaking over the bar
Pretty Carolina! I LOVE this little outfit. It screams "I'm 3!" Pink, rainbow pants, rainboots, bright yellow bow! 🌈☔️💛
Add in a strawberry raincoat and I CANT EVEN 🍓
And beau knows when I'm taking sissy's picture and wants to say cheese too!
Tuesday mornings mean little beasts at the little gym for mommy and beau!
Beau was pretty bashful but he enjoyed the class. It's a mommy and me class for his age. He likes free play more than anything structured
Mommy's babies! So blessed
Beau wants to be like sister and build houses for the animals with tiles
Powdered donut love 💕
Alone time is rare for me and her
She is so beautiful
Trying some yogurt for breakfast
Carolina was so funny putting coasters all over him while he slept that afternoon
One of my absolute favorite Gymboree lines. Carolina has had pieces from it since she was 9 months old for her first sylvan beach parade! It's called stripes and anchors! Her jeans have a little sailboat on the leg.
Me and beau did some returning and some shopping....he also loved Kirkland and it was super difficult to look at anything
He fell asleep on the way home and Carolina came and set in a box I had like a little puppy wanting me to feed her snacks!
And then this happened.....
I know he's all smiley here but this was at the dentist after he chipped his tooth! I walked away for no more than 30 seconds and by the looks of the crime scene he either was pushing the table and a candlestick hit him in the mouth or was climbing a laundry basket with folded clothes and fell and bumped his mouth. I'm not sure but the candlestick was on the floor and by the grace of God not broken! I was so scared he had split his lip with glass because his mouth was bleeding. They are my heavy southern living at home historic bell candle sticks that my nana gave me. And the table was pushed away from the wall. But regardless the dentist said it was a very hard impact and he traumatized the gum behind the teeth, it was bruised. She said we had to watch the tooth to make sure the color doesn't change but we wouldn't know the full extent of any nerve damage until we do X-rays at 3. My mommy heart was devastated and my tummy was sick! I was so upset that he chipped his little tooth. But it's just part of his personality now and I guess every little boy needs a chipped tooth! He made me feel better, when it happened I tried to look in his mouth but he was too upset. So bloody and all I nursed him to calm him down. I love when he does this, he reaches his arm around my neck to give me a hug. Be still my heart!
Big boy at the dentist!
FRIYAY!
Carolina loves the heating pad like mommy
I was trying to get a good pic of bubbys spiral curls!
Carolina has turned into the best big sister. I am so so proud of her. She loves beau beau and when he's sleeping in the car me and her park and hang out and have a snack together. Well this day she kept climbing and giving him stuffed animals and kisses while he slept...their age difference is so hard but oh so sweet
And what was hilarious is Carolina fell asleep on the way home from Walmart and beau gave her coasters that he knows she's been playing with! And he gave her kisses and was asking "you ok??"
We needed a calm down when we all got in the house
Saturday morning means little bugs class for Carolina! She improved a little bit. She still sat with me majority of the time. But she had interest in doing things the only problem was she wanted to do them when they were done and she was alone
Daddy treated us to a train ride and Joe's Crab Shack
Carolina is just so beautiful...I love her eyebrows they are going to be amazingly shaped when she's older because of how full they are. I love all of her features including her big brown eyes and her gorgeous hair!
Sunday we went to church 💓
